Rick was excellent - came out, generated new keys as part of a new home rekey. Installed smart locks and most importantly, helped fix the door so the locks can be opened and closed via wifi

Rick made it happen I call at the last minute BGE lost the only key I had to the house and I had a few investors who was interested in buying Rick told me he would head to the house before it get dark he call me a few hours later and told me the job was done now I have piece of mine all thanks to Rick
