Greg is rude and a pompous a#s! Waited my turn like any customer would. Told me to come back in 20 minutes; gave him 30 minutes. Had not started on my keys. He said other customers came in and he had to wait on them. I asked him why I must wait because someone else came in behind me. He needs to learn how to treat people, but he's probably been acting above everyone most of his life. There are more locksmiths in Kissimmee other than this dude.

I will NEVER do business with this company again, and I would encourage anyone looking for a locksmith to RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY. I wish I didn’t have to give even 1 star. After over an hour of me patiently waiting for him to figure out how to program my remotes, which he never did, and him trying to figure out how to take my CC payment, which he never did, he turns around and insults me, telling me I’m the type of customer he never wants to come back, and calling me a Scum Bag for “jerking around” at his store. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I think he was mad and embarrassed that none of his outdated equipment was working for him. What kind of establishment can’t properly take a CC payment? And what kind of employee calls their customer a Scumbag for patiently waiting for his machines to work? Oh, he also took 2 other customers before finishing what he was doing with me. The Customer service here is HORRIBLE, the store is dirty, cluttered, and terribly outdated, and I’m convinced that he has no idea what he’s doing. Retire already, man.

The owner Greg...is SOOOO rude...he told me I was an idiot if I thought he remember every single customer that goes in there...He has selective memory!...Cheated us out of a new key as the one he gave us perished within 2 months... Horrible man!

Old guy from NY who's been around forever and knows his stuff. The shop wasn't on Yelp but they gave me his card at a local hardware store. I had proximity locks and Euro market cylinders and they weren't able to help me at the bigger locksmiths in Orlando.

But I didn't need at home service from a van because they charge by the hour and I prefer to install the stuff for free myself so other places might be better if you're locked out and can't make it to the shop, this place is good if you need high security deadbolts or have a custom job.

Check Youtube for "locksmith scam" and learn how to tell the difference between a genuine locksmith and quick talking scammers usually young and Hispanic who get a license and a van to make quick money by ripping naive customers off like women and retired folks.

What a complete piece of s##t this company is it has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person that runs this Horrible business has a Sh##ty attitude, the man that was behind the counter had something up his butt! Don't patronize this lousy business. You are wasting your time!
