Today 1/20/17 my father 95 years old who has dementia, none verbal, and does not know what he does he could not unlock door.. His a little rascal and I thought he locked the door to the rental home we reside in. We were never given a key to door which might have been lost by previous tenants. Anyway only way into room is through a window. Not known to me my husband locked the window last night because room was too warm and I opened window to let air in. So funny this would happen next day. Since he was sun downing last night we were coming in and out of his room putting him to bed so the door must have locked on its own. So all my efforts in breaking in were relentless and finally called 911 for police to come and aide never showed up. Mr. Mel Locksmith came in quick and had to use a special key to open the door since everything we tried did not work. He is truly a wonderful and kind hearted person. When I was getting my wallet to make a check he said NO Charge because we do this for the elderly and children locked in. You can tell a persons character just by their actions and this man is the best. Thank you Mr. Mel for your kindness showed today to let me daddy out
