What started as a nightmare: we arrived at our house after a 2 week vacation and could not get in. Turned out we had lost the key. Larry arrived 25 minutes after calling the lockshop and put an end to this frustrating situation: He managed to open the lock in less then 5 minutes and got us back into our home! Fortunately we had a spare key in the house, and no damage was done to the lock. Needless to say we were quite happy. Lary was professional and polite!
