Unethical, dishonest Predatory: BEWARE-the horrible experience with this company . The charged us double the going rate for a late night lockout. i e called many of their competitors. The going rate for an early morning call is $150. Given the opportunity, if you seem stuck , late night with no entry to your house, this opportunist vulture, will take you to the cleaners. Seems Frank loves to prey on the unfortunate person in distress, and stick them, with a 100 % upcharge.
