There's a full article on the internet how Ace makes keys based on the VIN number of your car and model this particular store is under new ownership and no longer does this do not go to Ace unless you have a hard copy key in your hand or they will tell you no and waste your time.
This is the Hennepin Avenue store in uptown Minneapolis only that has said this others may have a different attitude of their owned by the company.
