Very professional business! Every place I called told me it wasn't possible to fix my remote car key. Coop's managed to make me a working key based off of the old one that I gave him. All in less than 10 minutes. Amazing work. Next time ill be going straight to Coop's.

I've used Coop's 2 times so far, twice for lock issues and they are great! Places like Coop's give me hope in the future, being a well operated professional all American locksmith that lives up to my expectations. Coop's has been around for almost 50 years and i recommend them for any lock and key issue.

In yesterday, at counter, telling the employee what I needed, a guy walks in, goes right ahead of me and I was told by the staff he was next up....nope. I left. Poor customer service.

I have called this locksmith numerous times and left messages, but no one has ever called my back. Are they in business anymore or just poor customer service??? I would NOT recommend using Green Mountain Lock.
