I sat outside with a fellow service pro for 2 hours waiting for his vehicle to be unlocked. Was told our manager had to be there we let him know he was already on his way. My manager sat with my colleague so I could finish my route. After several phone calls no one ever showed and they stopped answering the phone. So from 1pm to 7pm no communication or help from this "company".
