This so called "Budget" Locksmith guy, Shimon, is engaged in extortion particularly when people are in dire need. He charged $575 for at the most 3 hours work, where he never replaced any parts but simply removed a part. He also said that he will refund $150 to me after I protested but he only refunded $75. Be ware!
