I called in, freaking out and the kind young lady didn't give me attitude back as I wasn't trying to be that way but couldn't get to work, raining and been a bad week. When I spoke with Glen he offered several potential fixes besides the key. Ultimately to rule out and ignition issue, he told me I could save money by coming by and getting a non chipped key cut and go from there. I did and will tell everyone about Glen Surber! This man tried so hard to get me taken care of without paying him a cent, although I opted to go this route and still didn't cost near as much as the dealer or someone who is just there to make a buck in your time of dispair. Very professional and helpful. Can't say enough nice things about Austin's Lock & Key! Make them your first and only call when you need a locksmith.
