Alpine Safe and Lock immediately responded to my pleas of solving a difficult situation concerning a safe made c.1930. I had previously contacted two other locksmiths, both of which informed me that 'this kind of problem was above their expertise,' (even though they both 'worked' on the situation for hours.) I called Alpine (David), he arrived promptly in a late model Mercedes Van housing all his equipment. He had every tool imaginable and was able to identify, solve, and offer multiple solutions to my problem.
David isn't your typical locksmith... he is a master at solving complex problems. Simply, if he can't fix it, I don't think anyone in Louisiana could. Great service and expertise.

I have called this locksmith numerous times and left messages, but no one has ever called my back. Are they in business anymore or just poor customer service??? I would NOT recommend using Green Mountain Lock.
