Locked my keys in my car early this morning. Never had to call a locksmith before so wasn’t sure how it would all go. I called Bill, and within 30 minutes, he had my car unlocked and I was good to go. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person and great service. He really made what could of been a very stressful situation so quick and “pain free”. Thanks you Bill, so much.

What a fabulous service experience. During these Corona crazy times my daughter had to move out of her apt near UVA. During her move she accidentally locked herself out of her apartment. I called the emergency hotline at the Greenhouse apt and they were absolutely no help at all. I called Bill at Access and told him of our situation. I was calling from Atlanta and my daughter was trying to get home asap. Bill was there within 15 minutes and helped her gain entrance so she could move out. I was 450 miles away and he took great care of her. Please if you need a locksmith call Bill at Access Locksmith. His prices are very reasonable and his empathy for the customer is outstanding.
