DO NOT USE. Use this locksmith only if you want to have aggravation. We used this locksmith when we first moved into our apartment. The lock was never put in properly and when we questioned the locksmith, we were told this is how it has to be. The lock and the doorknob were loose the entire time. We just had the lock fall out of the door under normal use. We now cannot get the company to come back and fix it. We can only get the guy who actually did the work call us screaming that it must be our fault.
I don\'t even know if this is a real company. It seems to be a just a central computer system that calls various guys that say they are locksmiths. There is no guarantee of their work and no one seems responsible for anything. There are many other locksmiths in NY. Use someone else.
